Magnolia Plantation & Gardens Master Plan

Surculus was engaged by the historic Magnolia Plantation & Gardens to develop a long-range Master Plan for the property with the intention of guiding the overall layout, character, physical form, phasing, and development of existing and future features of the Magnolia Plantation & Gardens Property in its entirety. The Master Planning process was intentionally adaptable to allow efforts to respond to the Clients’ needs as they were discovered and more clearly articulated through ongoing research, comprehensive engagement with staff and visitors, and site visits.
